Refund Policy — 30-Night Sleep Guarantee

Our Promise

We stand behind every bottle of Velm Lab. If you're not sleeping deeper after 30 nights, we'll refund your order in full. 

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • You email contact@velmlab.com with your order number

You do not need to:

  • Return the product (even if the bottle is empty)
  • Provide a reason
  • Pay any fees

This guarantee applies to your first order only. Subsequent orders are subject to the same 30-day window but limited to one bottle for refund purposes.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@velmlab.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number (e.g., #VL-12345)
  3. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email contact@velmlab.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Attach a photo of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and your local post office
  • Email contact@velmlab.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and reship if needed

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled. They can still be refunded under our 30-night guarantee.

Address Issues

If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will reach out and offer to reship at the customer's expense, or refund the order minus original shipping costs.

International Returns

If you are located outside the United States and wish to return a product, please contact contact@velmlab.com first. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
