Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding French and US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination and service level selected.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also track your order at velmlab.com/pages/track-your-order.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, email contact@velmlab.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Velm Lab is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs authority.

For US orders shipped from outside the US, customs may delay delivery by 3–5 additional business days.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out by email and offer:

  • Reshipment at the customer's expense, or
  • Refund of the order minus original shipping costs

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged: email contact@velmlab.com with photos within 7 days.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find your package: check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, email us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
